Phone Numbers

 Please be sure to return the phone number form that is attached to your statement with your rent this month. Evaporative Coolers and Furnace Filters We will be winterizing your evaporative coolers, and replacing furnace filters sometime this month. We will notify you of the week that this will take place. You don’t have to be home, however please if you have pets make sure that they are restrained so Chad can get everything done. If you have any special needs please contact the management.

Note from Manager:

- Only registered operative motor vehicles may be parked in the parking lots.(no trailers, boats, broken down cars etc.) -No double parking your vehicle. (taking up two spaces) - Do not park vehicles on the grass for any reason it breaks the sprinkler pipes. -Guests must park on the roads not in the lots.

Tips for the Kitchen Sink:

- Pour excess grease into a can and then throw it into the dumpster, Do not put it down the sink. - Run plenty of water when you are grinding up food in your disposal. - Don’t empty coffee grounds into the sink.

Remember to leave your porch light on, if you would like the Trick-or-Treaters to stop at your home. We usually have a bunch of children who come around, so make sure to plan accordingly.
